α,& omega;-3-bis (3-aminopropyl)-polytrifluoropropylmethylsiloxane was directly synthesized and characterized by one-step reaction, then the modified Polyether polyurethane urea (FSPUU) with different FPS content was synthesized by using it and polytetrahydrofuran glycol (PTMG) as the mixed soft segment. The surface properties and morphological structure of FSPUU membrane were studied. The experimental results show that the surface of FSPUU membrane is hydrophobic, which is related to the enrichment of F element on the surface. The FSPUU membrane was immersed in CoCl2-20% H2O2 solution for 21 days of accelerated oxidation treatment, and the degradation degree of PTMG soft segment was estimated. Compared with PDMS modified PUU(MSPUU), the oxidation stability of FSPUU is enhanced, which is related to the lower swelling rate and water permeability of FSPUU in water and H2O2 solution. In addition, FSPUU film showed good mechanical properties, and its tensile strength and elongation at break were higher than that of mpuu.

Abstract:
with the same tight intermeshing twin-screw extruder as the reactor, sodium silanolate/ethyl acetate (EA) as the initiating system, the anionic bulk ring-opening polymerization of trifluoropropylmethylcyclotrisiloxane (F3) was carried out, polytrifluoropropyl methyl siloxane (PMTFPS) was prepared. The structure and molecular weight of the polymer were confirmed by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The composition of by-products was analyzed by ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The results show that the equilibrium point can be reached in advance by increasing the reaction temperature and the amount of EA. The main effect of screw speed on the reaction is to change the polymerization reaction time. Therefore, high molecular weight and high yield of PMTFPS can be obtained by controlling the appropriate reaction conditions so that the reaction is terminated before the arrival time of the equilibrium point. The number average molecular weight of the obtained product was 2.41 × 105, the molecular weight dispersion index was 1.12, and the yield was 90.5%.
